  • Looking for more? Visit our website or our career page HERE! Job Overview : We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HA PM Head to lead our Home Appliances Product Strategy and Planning in Brazil.
  • Key Job Responsibilities : Develop and implement comprehensive product strategies for Refrigerators, Washing Machines, Vacuum Cleaners, and Kitchen Solutions in Brazil.
  • Team management providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure their professional growth and development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and supply chain, to ensure seamless integration of product management efforts.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and manage product backlogs to ensure timely delivery of products that meet customer expectations.
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans for the Home Appliances portfolio.
  • Monitor and evaluate product performance against targets, making data-driven decisions to optimize product offerings.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful product strategies in the home appliances industry.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English (mandatory).
