  • We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pricing Manager to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, excellent communication skills, and extensive experience in sales field operations and product planning.
  • This role requires a self-starter who can work effectively in a team environment with limited supervision and is results-driven.
  • Key Responsibilities:Pricing:Manage pricing strategies and updates.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Update Stella tool.
  • Monitor promotional actions.
  • Track commercial policies.
  • Manage MSRP and TP tracking.
  • Reports:Provide competitive news updates.
  • Generate brand comparison reports.
  • Prepare daily reports.
  • Data Intelligence:Analyze elasticity.
  • Create channel reports (newcom).
  • Zoom in on direct sales.
  • Analyze bank data for penetration.
  • Financial:Input incentives and GAC.
  • Track gross margin.
  • Conduct profit simulations.
  • Manage P&L and other financial metrics.
  • Demand Planning:Manage PO/EDS.
  • Follow up on production.
  • Estimate demand and provide best estimates.
  • Validate PO governance with commercial, finance, VP brand, SVP commercial, and CFO.
  • Production:Manage production demand.
  • Forecast volumes and mix.
  • Budget, LTP, and Forecast:Review LTP volumes.
  • Manage budget and forecast.
  • Stock/Commercial:Validate commercial actions.
  • Manage aging stock actions.
  • Requisitos:MBA preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Business Objects, and Power BI.
  • Excellent negotiation skills including communication, persuasion, planning, strategizing, and cooperating.
  • Exceptional written/verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment with limited supervision.
  • Self-starter and results-driven.
  • Professional proficiency in English, with Spanish and Mandarin considered a differential.
  • Experience in sales field operations and/or product planning.
