  • Employee Contract type: Permanent Regular Job Description: As a Sales Planning Manager, you will: Work with sales and marketing to simplify, streamline, eliminate, and/or automate manual or inefficient processes.
  • Act as a relay of the region and the group for the implementation & monitoring of methods, tools, process recommended.
  • Document local sales processes & policies (in Confluence and other systems).
  • Perform analysis to identify opportunities for improvement to efficiency within the sales organization (based on processes optimization).
  • Lead initiatives that drive improvements in sales data reporting to enable fact-based analysis and insights.
  • Maintain CRM data (Salesforce) - Manage records, sales reports, dashboards, workflows, and sales process best practices and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to ensure sales reps are adhering to sales process.
  • Provide analyses & support the sales leadership in the adjustment and the review of the coverage model/sales organization.
  • Youre a match - What we're looking for: Education Requirements: A higher academic degree, or equivalent (via experience).
  • Work Experience Requirements: Solid Experience working with data.
  • Experience working on go-to-market and sales related strategic and operational topics.
  • 5+ years experience leading a team.
  • 5+ years in sales planning or project management role.
  • Knowledgeable in modern sales/ networking tools to support acceleration of growth.
  • Advanced English fluency.
