O que você irá fazer

  • Main role is to make the future technologies feasible, crafting them for relevant solutions that addresses both Business and Consumer Opportunities.
  • The manager will work for different HC categories and brands such as: Omo in Fabric Cleaning, Comfort in Fabric Enhancer and CIF in Home and Hygiene.
  • The role also includes Digital Communication development, when applicable.
  • The leader will manage an Assistant and work closely with overall local teams.
  • KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:- Strategic development of New Home Care Business for LatAm with focus on Brazil, Argentina, Chile and Colombia.
  • - Responsible for the Disruptive innovation end to end: lead the innovation roadmap in terms of new news and new technologies, claims, concepts, and communication.
  • - Communication Development with digital focusSKILLS/EXPERIENCE:- Solid Marketing skills, strong insight development.
  • - Experience in strategy, innovation crafting and communication.
  • - Passion to understand consumers, to find their pain points and design innovation in line with latest trends.
  • - Storytelling ability: to know how to spot issues and how to frame them in a simple and compelling way.
  • - Creative ability: to know how to inspire and lead bold creative work- Ability to anticipate needs and solve problems proactively- Great Interpersonal and communication skills- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment- Ability to coordinate a team to meet objectives.
