  • Why this role matters As the Marketing Manager for our ice cream tubs business, you will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies to drive category growth, enhance brand equity, and deliver innovative products.
  • You will collaborate with R&D, sales, and supply chain teams to ensure successful product launches and performance.
  • Key Responsibilities Category Management: Develop and implement strategies to maximize market share and profitability by analyzing market trends, consumer insights, and the competitive landscape.
  • Innovation: Lead the innovation pipeline for ice cream tubs, from concept to launch, working with R&D to create new products that meet consumer needs.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute long-term plans with clear objectives, KPIs, and performance metrics.
  • Brand Management: Enhance brand equity through marketing campaigns, packaging, and promotional activities, ensuring consistent messaging.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct regular analysis to monitor performance, identify trends, and inform decisions.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with sales, supply chain, and finance to align and execute marketing initiatives, fostering a collaborative culture.
  • Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.
