  • Your Challenges Will Be Draft, review, and negotiate contracts in accordance with current legislation and company guidelines.
  • Ensure organization, execution, and compliance of contracts, monitoring deadlines, amendments, and audits.
  • Identify contractual risks and propose corrective measures.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers and clients, resolving conflicts and promoting collaboration.
  • Produce contractual reports and ensure clear communication between parties.
  • Ensure contractual compliance and update documents according to legal changes.
  • Support legal teams, participate in strategic meetings, and contribute to process and indicator improvements.
  • Valued Skills Expertise in contractual, civil, and commercial law applicable to the role.
  • Ability to identify, evaluate, and mitigate contractual risks.
  • Assessment of financial impacts of contracts, such as costs, investments, and cash flow.
