O que você irá fazer

  • Conduct weekly alignment meetings, feedback sessions, and training.
  • Monitor sales KPIs.
  • Oversee commercial processes to ensure scalability and predictability.
  • Analyze performance reports, sales funnel, and approach strategies.
  • RequirementsExperience as a sales manager or sales coordinator.
  • Experience with high-ticket sales (above R$20,000).
  • Knowledge of techniques such as SPIN Selling, Inside Sales, Sales Funnel, and Objection Handling.
  • Ability to develop a sales team focused on results.
  • Good personal presentation and strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • CompensationCommission-based with a guaranteed minimum of R$5,000.
  • Commission paid based on team sales targets.
  • Contract Type and ScheduleRegime: PJ (Individual Legal Person)Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00-18:00, with lunch break; Saturday, 08:00-12:00.
