O que você irá fazer

  • The Sales Manager will manage all stages of the sales chain, Sell-in & Sell-out, implementing the necessary actions to ensure the delivery of business results.
  • Regarding sell-out, the Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the point-of-sale team, together with the support of an agency.
  • Overall Responsibilities Develop and implement sales strategy for each Retail, identifying growth opportunities and leading the strategy to pursue them, managing the commercial annual budget.
  • Responsible for developing and maintaining a JBP with Retailers, following up on KPIs and proactively optimizing and making necessary changes.
  • Build and maintain a strong client relationship allowing easier negotiations and long-term partnerships, following the LVMH Ethics & Compliance policies.
  • Responsible for achieving revenue and flow targets for online and B&M channels.
  • Weekly and bi-weekly monitoring of results, and proactively planning solutions to constantly improve performance.
  • Responsible for planning forecasts to ensure best fulfillment of inventory: analysis of stock needs and sell-in of products to maintain healthy stock in the portfolio, ensuring the introduction of launches and offers at the correct timing.
  • Weekly touchpoints with the sales team.
  • Ensure monthly sales objectives by working with those responsible for the different areas to define marketing, merchandising, etc.
  • strategies that contribute to achieving the objectives.
  • Work with the sales force to reduce turnover in the assigned area by developing highly motivated, knowledgeable, and productive Beauty Consultants.
  • Support marketing and training activities.
  • Forecast turnover, unit, and value based on historical sales, trade plan, and commercial guidelines.
  • Ensure adequate stock coverage for all products through forecasting accuracy and quota management.
  • Suggest and maximize potential sales of all new product launches.
  • Analyze sell-in and sell-out information, developing an action plan when necessary.
  • Responsible for sell-in and sell-out results.
  • Capable of prioritizing and handling multiple projects simultaneously under tight time constraints and within budget parameters.
  • Demonstrable expertise in managing different retailers profiles.
  • Excellent ability to influence others, encourage teamwork, and build strong internal and external relationships.
  • Self-starter with a Can-Do attitude to lead, develop, and deliver the commercial agenda.
  • Data-driven mindset to show how the area impacts the business in the short and medium term.
  • Able to prioritize work in a fast-changing environment.
  • Measurement and Follow-up Sell-out and Sell-in performance.
  • Analysis of the monthly figures and action plans.
  • Gain ranking points (Monthly and Accumulated).
  • Increase productivity per door.
  • Measure and monitor sell-out team performance following training actions and precise reporting on coaching.
  • Track field training actions.
  • Soft and Hard Skills At least 5 years in the Commercial Area.
  • Data-driven person, Results Oriented, Strategic Thinking, Problem Solver.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable working under pressure.
  • Hard worker with rigorous and strong organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of the Sephora ways of work will be a plus.
  • Strong platform and presentation skills.
  • Experience in people management.

  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Sensitivity to Luxury goods.
  • Availability to travel at least 30% of the time.
