O que você irá fazer

  • Reporting into the Head of Product Development, Strategic Programs, you will develop and implement modern generative AI models and guide innovation across our organization.
  • You will work with Data Scientists, Software Engineers, and Product Managers to develop AI-powered solutions that enhance our products and services.
  • What you'll do: Implement Generative AI models and algorithms using techniques such as GPT, VAE, and GANs.
  • Build applications using LLMs and Gen AI.
  • Create Proof of Concept (PoC).
  • Maintain AI pipelines including data preprocessing, feature extraction, and model training.
  • Develop clear documentation including technical specifications.
  • Contribute to the establishment of best practices for generative AI development.
  • Manage reports on GenAI use case performance and outcomes.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Help develop Gen AI project plans.
  • Support the analysis for GenAI project requests, defining scope, goals, and deliverables while aligning with organizational objectives.

  • Experience and Skills What you'll bring: 5+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Generative AI.
  • Knowledge of or experience with LLMs.
  • Higher Education Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related field.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with AWS, Azure, GPT, and Llama.
  • Knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP).
  • Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar.
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills.
  • Proficiency in Python.
  • Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
  • Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and communicative team player.
  • DevOps experience with CI/CD (advantageous).
  • Experience in Gen AI or technology transformation projects (advantageous).
