  • We are seeking highly qualified General Managers to join our team at ANY of our locations, even if the position is not available here.

  • Our General Managers are responsible for all functions of the restaurant to ensure high-quality products and customer service, while maximizing profits.
  • This involves being a self-sufficient leader, making quality decisions, and fostering pride and accountability among team members.
  • Responsibilities include managing operations, executing company policies, procedures, programs, and systems, and ensuring compliance with all laws and ethical practices.
  • They build a quality system with team members to meet Papa John''s standards, respond promptly to customer concerns, and seek feedback to improve operations and brand loyalty.
  • They actively recruit customer-focused team members, maintain staffing levels, and train staff to exceed customer expectations, fostering a teamwork, energetic, and fun environment.
  • Managers also manage profit goals, control costs using the PROFIT System, and maintain the restaurant''s assets, cleanliness, and equipment.
