  • Elevate the Infinix X-CLUB Community Transform X-CLUB into a vibrant hub for esports enthusiasts by boosting user engagement and retention.
  • Curate fresh, interactive content and launch campaigns to drive traffic and community growth.
  • Develop programs that encourage players to create, share, and connect.
  • What You Bring to the Table: Fluency in English , Spanish , and Portuguese .
  • 5+ years of experience in esports, gaming, or related industries, with a proven record of success.
  • Deep knowledge of global esports trends (MOBA, FPS, mobile gaming).
  • Exceptional project management and communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • A genuine passion for gaming and esports, with a strong understanding of gaming communities.
