O que você irá fazer

  • In this role, you'll take ownership of features from ideation to production, working closely with product and design teams to create intuitive and scalable software solutions.
  • This position is fully remote, and we welcome applicants from anywhere.
  • Compensation is competitive (range between 30-45k USD/year and based on experience, skills, and location).
  • What You'll Do Develop and Deploy : Build and iterate on features quickly, ensuring a smooth user experience.
  • Work Across the Stack : Develop front-end interfaces and back-end services, integrating them seamlessly.
  • Collaborate with Teams : Work closely with product, design, and other engineers to deliver impactful features.
  • Maintain Quality & Performance : Write clean, maintainable code while ensuring performance and scalability.
  • Optimize Development Workflows : Contribute to improving internal processes, tools, and best practices.
  • What We're Looking For Front-End Expertise : Proficiency with React, TypeScript, or similar modern front-end frameworks.
  • Back-End Skills : Experience with Python (FastAPI or similar) and building APIs.
  • Database Knowledge : Familiarity with MongoDB or other database technologies.
  • Fast Execution : Ability to quickly turn ideas into functional software with an iterative mindset.
  • Problem-Solving Approach : Pragmatic, solution-oriented, and adaptable to fast-changing requirements.
  • Team Collaboration : Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Bonus Points Experience with component libraries and design systems.
  • Knowledge of A/B testing, feature toggles, or rapid prototyping tools.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD workflows.
  • Exposure to AI-powered tools for development.
