  • This position will work directly with the customer located in the US and with development teams in our US, Costa Rica, and Brazil locations.
  • This opportunity can be 100% remoteOnly hiring QAT Employees (CLT only in Brazil)Summary:As aFrontend Technical Analyst, youll be responsible for configuring and troubleshooting enterprise software solutions, with a strong focus on the frontend (CSS, HTML, JavaScript) and SQL.
  • Youll investigate issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
  • This role is both technical and client-facing, requiring a blend of analytical thinking, communication skills, and attention to detail.
  • Youll report to the Enterprise Software Consultant and work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementations and high client satisfaction.
  • Key Responsibilities:Diagnose and resolve issues across the frontend (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and backend (SQL)Investigate root causes and implement sustainable solutionsConfigure the platform based on client specificationsCollaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand needs and deliver resultsDocument technical findings, configurations, and resolutionsSupport the full implementation lifecycle from analysis to deploymentContinuously look for ways to improve client experience and product performanceRequired Experience:Strong proficiency inHTML, CSS, JavaScript, andSQLSolidExcelskills, including complex formulas and system integrationsExperience debugging JavaScript using browser developer tools (e.
