O que você irá fazer

  • This position will work directly with the customer located in the US and with development teams in our US, Costa Rica, and Brazil locations.
  • This opportunity can be 100% remote Only hiring QAT Employees (CLT only in Brazil) Summary: As a Frontend Technical Analyst , youll be responsible for configuring and troubleshooting enterprise software solutions, with a strong focus on the frontend (CSS, HTML, JavaScript) and SQL.
  • Youll investigate issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
  • This role is both technical and client-facing, requiring a blend of analytical thinking, communication skills, and attention to detail.
  • Youll report to the Enterprise Software Consultant and work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementations and high client satisfaction.
  • Key Responsibilities: Diagnose and resolve issues across the frontend (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and backend (SQL) Investigate root causes and implement sustainable solutions Configure the platform based on client specifications Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand needs and deliver results Document technical findings, configurations, and resolutions Support the full implementation lifecycle from analysis to deployment Continuously look for ways to improve client experience and product performance Required Experience: Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript , and SQL Solid Excel skills, including complex formulas and system integrations Experience debugging JavaScript using browser developer tools (e.

  • , F12) and MS SQL Profiler Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues Background in client-facing technical roles such as Technical Consultant, Solutions Engineer, Implementation Specialist, or Business Systems Analyst Strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset Self-driven, curious, and eager to learn and adapt Preferred Experience: Degree in Systems Analysis, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent Experience in software development, application configuration, or systems analysis Familiarity with integrating Excel into enterprise systems Background in consulting or enterprise software implementation Comfortable working independently in dynamic environments
