Location: Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM EST Role Overview: We are seeking a talented and creative Frontend Engineer to help develop and maintain user-facing features using TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks like React or Next.

You will collaborate closely with designers and product managers to bring engaging, user-friendly features to life, ensuring optimal performance and accessibility.
Key Responsibilities: Feature Development: Develop and maintain user-facing features using TypeScript and frameworks like React or Next.

UI Component Creation: Create responsive, accessible, and visually appealing UI components aligned with design guidelines and brand aesthetics.
Collaboration: Work closely with designers and product managers to translate design requirements into user-friendly and functional features.
Optimization: Optimize frontend performance, ensuring smooth and fast load times across various devices and browsers.
API Integration: Integrate frontend components with backend APIs to deliver seamless user interactions and platform functionality.
What Success Looks Like: Intuitive User Interface: Features are developed and maintained with a focus on providing a seamless, accessible, and visually appealing user experience.
Efficient Collaboration: Close cooperation with product and design teams results in effective, user-friendly feature implementation.
Performance Optimization: Ensuring the platform operates efficiently with minimal load times and optimal cross-device performance.
Seamless API Integration: Smooth and integrated user-facing components that work flawlessly with the backend, providing high-quality user interactions.
Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Design, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in frontend development, particularly with modern web applications.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in TypeScript and frontend frameworks such as React or Next.

Web Fundamentals: Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and modern web design principles (responsive design, component-based architecture).
State Management: Experience with state management tools like Redux or Context API.
Version Control: Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
Preferred Skills (Highly Advantageous): Design Systems: Experience with design systems and UI/UX tools like Figma to ensure consistency across the platform.
Accessibility: Knowledge of web accessibility standards (WCAG) and best practices for building inclusive, accessible applications.
Testing: Familiarity with frontend testing frameworks such as Jest, Cypress, or React Testing Library.
Internationalization: Experience with internationalization/localization (e.

Non-Negotiables for the Ideal Candidate: Self-Starter: Highly motivated and able to take ownership of projects without needing micromanagement.
AI Startup Experience: Previous experience working in an AI startup or fast-paced tech environment is a must.
Proven Collaboration: Must have experience collaborating closely with design and product teams, translating business requirements into frontend solutions.
