O que você irá fazer

  • This is a fantastic opportunity to join our growing team of freelance associates and facilitate a number of our 3-day leadership development courses as part of a large global leadership programme for one of our clients.
  • The leadership coaches need to be able to deliver/facilitate the courses, proofread documents in Portuguese, and communicate with the UK-based programme team in English.
  • We seek inspirational individuals who can "talk the talk" and "walk the walk" in their fields, sharing stories of success and failure with humility to motivate and empower others.
  • Whether highly qualified or new to coaching, if you're passionate about helping others develop and have an inspiring story, we want to hear from you.

  • KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead Coaches: Responsible for delivering the course content effectively and engagingly to meet learning outcomes.
  • Assistant Coaches: Support the lead coach in delivery and administrative tasks during each course.
  • SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & BACKGROUND Essential criteria: Availability to deliver in-person leadership courses in São Paulo, Brazil, in June 2025.
  • Ability to facilitate courses in Portuguese and communicate with the UK-based team in English.
  • Preferred backgrounds include: High performance environments Military leadership Academic expertise Corporate leadership coaching Performance or Occupational Psychology Adventure and expeditions Academic performance WHAT WE OFFER GBP daily rate: Lead Coach £500; Assistant Coach £350.
  • Training provided.
  • All course materials supplied.
  • Travel, accommodation, and subsistence covered.
