  • The FP&A Specialist for Latam (NLA/SLA/CO) for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for assisting with financial forecasting, budgeting, and analysis to support strategic decision-making across the organization.
  • This position is part of the Finance located in Brazil and will be On-Site.

  • You will be a part of the Finance and report to the Finance Director Latam responsible for overseeing the forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis processes (including Credit & Collection) as well as providing strategic financial insights to support the organization''s growth and profitability.

  • In this role, you will have the opportunity to:Manage and oversee the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes.
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models to support decision-making across the organization.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for growth.
  • Monitor accounts receivable, identify overdue accounts, and proactively contact customers to ensure timely payment collection.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of financial plans and credit & collections actions with strategic objectives.
  • The essential requirements of the job include:Bachelor''s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
  • Expert financial modeling and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software applications.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a results-driven mindset.
  • Spanish and English is mandatory.
