  • What you''ll doAs part of the GTM team, the Financial Analyst will be responsible for supporting General and Administrative areas (G&A) and Sales.
  • This individual will develop financial analysis, craft and prepare financial plans and budgets, and communicate financial information to various stakeholders and Docusign leadership.
  • This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the FP&A Director.
  • ResponsibilitiesPartner with the GTM team to assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
  • Support the creation and presentation of financial analyses, forecasts, and reports to business and finance partners, enabling informed decision-making.
  • Contribute to the preparation of monthly reporting packages for senior management, including explanations of variances between actuals and forecasts.
  • Analyze budget variances and provide actionable insights to improve financial performance and cost efficiency.
  • Assist in the monthly close process, including preparing flash reports and analyzing expense variances.
  • Build and maintain presentations to update senior leadership on departmental performance and forecasts.
  • Reconcile workforce planning and headcount on a monthly basis.
  • Support the development and maintenance of financial metrics dashboards for senior management and business partners.
  • Contribute to high-quality, timely analyses to support business performance, including building financial models for new opportunities and critical initiatives.
  • Job DesignationHybrid:Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work.
  • Access to an office location is required.
  • (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation).

  • What you bringBasicBA or BS degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in Finance, with an emphasis on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
  • Fluent in English.
  • PreferredHigh level of proficiency in all productivity tools, including Google Sheets and sophisticated modeling skills.
  • Experience with Adaptive and Oracle or other large well-known ERP and accounting systems.
  • Ability to work independently and balance multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Ability to facilitate cross-functional collaboration and communications.
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to lead work initiatives with cross-functional coordination with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proven strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well with partners at all levels of the organization.
