O que você irá fazer

  • - Achieve management-set targets for both mineral and lowlands.
  • Seedling Quality and Quantity - Coordinate and ensure the quality of seedlings from central and satellite nurseries meets planting targets.
  • Certifications and Compliance - Maintain OHSAS 18001 and LEI Certification.
  • - Ensure 100% legal compliance in all operations.
  • - Follow ESH&S Policy, CoBP, SOP/WI.
  • Operational Excellence - Develop and implement best practices for the transportation, handling, and planting of seedlings.
  • - Achieve a single seed lot compartment planted at 100%.
  • Stocking and Maintenance - Maintain 95% stocking at 6 months for both Eucalyptus and A.
  • Crassicarpa.
  • - Ensure timely maintenance and sustainability of water levels.
  • Benchmark Achievements - Meet PMA 18, PMA 30, and PMA 42 month targets for stocking, height, and diameter.
  • Conservation and Safety - Manage conservation areas, including riparian zones.
  • - Follow a no-burn policy and contain all fires to under 10 ha with zero fatalities.
  • Leadership and Culture - Plan for successor development, guide, and train future managers.
  • - Instill a strong plantation culture and behavior among all estate personnel.
  • Budget and Yield Management - Maintain budgeted direct planting costs for both mineral and lowlands.
  • - Ensure high plantation yields through effective management and best practices.
  • Fire Control and Decision Making - Actively support the Land and Forest Fire Control Team.
  • - Utilize the FIOC dashboard for fast decision-making.
  • Desired Educational Requirements and Work Experience: Minimum Bachelor Degree in related field Minimum of 10 years of experience in plantation operation Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing teams.
  • Excellent budget management and strategic planning abilities.
  • Ability to communicate and present effectively at all levels.
  • Commitment to the companys values of Team Work, Ownership, People, Integrity, Continuous Improvement and Customer.
  • Proficient in using English both spoken or written Preferably can use Bahasa Indonesia Willingness to relocate to Riau, Indonesia and frequently travel between estates
