  • Finance at TRACTIAN The Finance team at TRACTIAN is responsible for managing the companys financial health and ensuring sustainable growth.

  • What you'll do As a Fiscal Analyst, you will be responsible for managing the operational processes related to auxiliary tax obligations and addressing day-to-day fiscal challenges.

  • Address and resolve day-to-day fiscal and tax-related issues to ensure compliance with Brazilian regulations, such as tax calculations (ICMS, ICMS-DIFAL, IPI, ISS, PIS, and COFINS cumulative and non-cumulative).
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain up-to-date knowledge of fiscal policies and requirements.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for optimization in fiscal processes, improving efficiency and accuracy.
  • Maintain detailed records and documentation for audits and inspections.
  • Support the implementation of tax-related system updates and integrations.
  • RequirementsBachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in fiscal operations and Brazilian tax compliance.
  • Strong understanding of Brazilian tax regulations and auxiliary obligations, including SPED and DCTF.
  • Experience with tax software and ERP systems, such as SAP, is highly desirable.
