- Ensure accurate month end process (P&L) according to Group Policies, comparing actuals with Budget / Forecast and explaining major deviations- Support the FP&A team on reporting review with Project Directors and Department Managers- Provide ad hoc analysis to Senior Management as required (review business opportunities, cost optimization, financial models, scenario analysis, among others)- Close collaboration with Accounting, Tax and Treasury functions**Requirements**:- BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Production Engineering, Administration or related areas.
- Proven experience as Financial Planning Manager, Controller or similar role, with sound understanding of accounting principles- Previous experience with mid or large teams (will be responsible to lead a team of 8 Financial Analysts and one internship).
- Preferred experience in the Oil & Gas or shipping industry- Good knowledge on Microsoft tools (advanced skills with MS Excel), Power BI knowledge will be a Plus- Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning systems (ERP).
Ex.
SAP, Agresso, Oracle, Totvs (Agresso will be a Plus)- Strategic thinking and analytical skills highly desired- Fluent English (will liaise directly with the Head Office, in Norway)
