O que você irá fazer

  • An ideal **Financials Analyst** is a positive, hands-on, self-driven, detail-oriented, responsive person with strong problem-solving and communications skills.
  • This is a **contractor** position for the Inflection Point, not an employee role.
  • The Financial Analyst will sign a contractor agreement and will be paid monthly in **local currency**.
  • This is a **fully remote position**.
  • The Financial Analyst must be able to work between 8/9 am and 5/6 pm Pacific Time from Monday through Friday.
  • RESPONSIBILITIES- Prepare monthly business reports, financial forecasts, and annual budgets in partnership with the IP team and its clients.
  • - Prepare ad hoc financial analyses to support strategic business decisions for IP and its clients.
  • - Present recommendations to IP and its clients regarding financial objectives and policies.
  • - Work on bookkeeping and reporting for Inflection Point, including monthly bank and credit card reconciliations in Quickbooks online.
  • - Create standardized reporting packages for all clients.
  • - Train new staff as needed.
  • - Perform other related duties as necessary or assigned.
  • **REQUIREMENTS**:- Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, or business.
  • - Minimum 1 years experience as a Financial Analyst.
  • - Excel financial modeling skills and experience.
  • - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • - Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize as needed.
  • - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel- Ability to work and deal with people at various levels and of diverse backgrounds.
  • - Proactive and self-motivated; excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented and curious.
  • - Capable of working directly with IP clients on their financial projects as required.
  • - Must own a newer model computer (2019 or newer) and have reliable internet access.
  • PREFERENCES- Minimum 1 years experience using QuickBooks Online.
  • - Working knowledge of SAP Business One or other ERP systems.
  • - Familiarity with hourly timekeeping systems like Clockify.
