  • And if that''s you, we would love to have you join us!Job DescriptionPosition SummarySenior FP&A Analyst is a very attractive position combining regular duties with work on interesting projects with high exposure to senior management and great further development opportunities.
  • In this role, you will report to the Senior Finance Manager, and it will be based in one of our branch offices either in Brazil or Mexico.
  • Your responsibilities:Support the business decision-making processCollaborate effectively across multiple functions to develop a reliable and automated performance management tracking for the Enterprise Software Sales business including new ACV/ARR and forecast processWork with and challenge regions to provide the latest estimates of key financial metricsEnsure all monthly spend incurred is accrued in accordance with US GAAPConduct analysis of monthly and quarterly financial resultsUnderstand business performance and challenge where appropriateFormulate and effectively communicate concise insights to senior leaders, earning respect through an ability to speak up and challenge when appropriate.
  • Maintain collaborative relationships between Finance and Commercial operations to ensure consistency across regions, reporting and activities amongst the teamsProvide ad hoc, in-depth analysis that leverages individual understanding of the interaction of key financial metrics and their relationship to the underlying business.
  • Develop and advocate for automation, simplification, and standardization of our processes.
  • Assist with Global GSM HQ activities, such as understanding monthly spend results of identified GSM Global Functions, including explaining actual to budget/forecast performance, and identifying areas of risk and opportunityThe essentials - You will have (general):Ability to interpret large amounts of data and communicate effectively to clearly present financial concepts to key stakeholdersAbility to demonstrate business and financial acumenStrong communicator across multiple functions, levels, and culturesWork on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
  • Exercise judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining resultsStrong ownership and ability to drive issues to resolutionBusiness partnering experienceInnovative thinking to attain resultsThe essentials - You will have (education and experience):Master''s degree in finance or accountingRecognized accounting/finance qualification is a plusMinimum 3 years of relevant work experience, including FP&A/Controlling areaStrong verbal and written communication skills in EnglishFluency in ExcelKnowledge of Power BI, SAP/EPM systems is a plus.
  • Project management skills would be an advantageRockwell Automation''s hybrid policy aligns that employees are expected to work at a Rockwell location at least Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays unless they have a business obligation out of the office.
