O que você irá fazer

  • Ensure internal control compliance and completion of annual SOX processes.
  • Provides quarterly standard cost.
  • Prepares monthly P&L and analysis to Support Sales team and Finance.
  • Provides monthly and quarterly closing to Hills Brazil.
  • Working closely with CP Brazil Finance, ensure compliance with all Statutory reporting requirements.
  • **Main activities**- Accurate recording of sales revenue and documentation of sales cutoff procedures- Accurate recording and accrual of Gross-to-Net commitments and documentation of proof of customer performance- Accurate tracking of advertising and promotional expenses and verification of promotional vendor contracted terms- Timely and accurate follow up of costs of sales expenditures, including reconciliation of co-packer invoices vs budgeted/estimated standard product costs- Co-manufacturer - work with local supply chain management to ensure accurate charges come from co-manufacturer and ensure any discrepancies are resolved timely.
  • Audit conversion and distribution costs to ensure compliance with contractual agreements- Non-Variable Overhead (NVO) Management - ensure overhead expenses are recorded in line with company financial policies.
  • Use systems and tools to efficiently provide the Finance Manager with information and analysis of NVO expenditures- Proactively identify and tap into relationships with CP Brazil, to ensure common processes and systems are utilized- Performing customer credit analysis utilizing customer financial documentation, payment history and external (3rd party) data (if available) to recommend customer credit limits, payment terms and risk classes**Basic Requirements**- Bachelor''s Degree Finance, Accounting, Economics or Engineering- Advanced English- Intermediate/Advanced Spanish (desirable)- Proficient in Microsoft Office/ Google Suite- Knowledge of SAP system- Experience with BI Analysis (desirable)- Experience in Cost Accounting, GTN Management, Budget preparation and Credit (desirable)**Required Skills**:- Strong communication- Strong organization- ProactivityEqual Opportunity EmployerColgate is an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, ethnicity, age, disability, marital status, veteran status (United States positions), or any other characteristic protected by law.
