O que você irá fazer

  • Ensures that Keysight operations are conducted in line with financial policies and controls.
  • Responsible for the collection, recording, consolidation, reconciliation, analysis, reporting and presentation of accounting and financial information used by management for planning and control.
  • Ensures local and enterprise-wide financial and statutory compliance that may include internal financial controls, external audits, regulatory filings and reporting, tax filings and audit representation.
  • Maintains compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  • Disciplines: Internal Audit: Conducts internal audits which include financial, compliance, operational and systems audits to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls in compliance with corporate governance objectives and government-mandated requirements.
  • Identifies and assesses organizational risks, including investigation of potential occupational fraud.
  • Provides consulting to business on process, controls and operational improvements and redesign.
  • Treasury: Responsible for the companys cash flow forecasting,- Support LAR Controller in all tasks and analyses regarding accounting and finance area.
  • - Leads Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) that provides accounting and finance services for the company, managing their activities effectively.

  • **Responsibilities**:- Support LAR Controller in all tasks and analyses regarding accounting and finance area.
  • - Leads Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) that provides accounting and finance services for the company, managing their activities effectively.
  • - Solves a broad range of finance or business-related problems of varying scope and complexityQualifications:- Bachelors in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
  • - Post graduation or MBA in finance is desired- Proven experience in accounting and finance roles, with a strong understanding of financial processes.
  • - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel- Knowledge of accounting laws and regulations for Brazil and Mexico, as well as USGAAP and local GAAP standards.
  • - Familiarity with compliance requirements and experience in external audit attendance.
  • - Typically 7-10 years relevant experience for entry to this level.
  • - Requires in-depth knowledge and experience in job and ability to work independently.
  • - Fluent in English (mandatory) and Spanish (desired).
