  • As a Finance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with guidelines, distributing financial information, and guaranteeing the understanding and comprehension of all users in order to generate efficiency in controlling, accuracy, realistic planning, and commitment with budget owners.

  • Promote efficiency in Controlling in order to minimize time spent for report generation and increase time for analysis, commenting, and insights.
  • Support the establishment of a true bottom-up planning process.
  • Contribute to a high forecasting accuracy of business plans, revised estimates, and long-term forecasts.
  • Build a solid relationship with budget holders based on mutual respect and trust.
  • Support budget reallocations, acting as a facilitator to achieve objectives.
  • Perform variance analysis of Plan vs.
  • Actual.
  • Ensure master data quality and verify the consistency of the internal order hierarchies.
  • Prepare reports on aggregated or detailed levels by GKA and LKA comparing the profitability YTD, comparing PY vs CY vs RE vs Year to Go.
  • Prepare and distribute BI and Local reports to users.
  • Prepare the Trade Sales report.
  • Assist in the coordination of the Business Plan/Revised Estimate data collection and BI input.
  • Support, train, and challenge the budget owners during the planning process.
  • Manage financial structure to guarantee compliance with the guidelines (IO and SIO master data; Local & Global Hierarchies).
  • Act as a contact and sparring partner for the Key Account Managers, Brand Manager, Communication Manager, Sports Manager, Events Manager, Culture Manager, Consumer Collection Manager, and Operations Manager.
  • Work closely with various contacts, maintain a service mentality, but also challenge them, ask questions, and give suggestions and insights.
  • Match POS/VISIT placement plans to budget.
  • Know the contract terms of the media agencies, the media plan (classic vs flanker), and the status of spending commitments.
  • Know the contract terms with Athletes & Opinion Leaders as well as Event Agencies (fixed vs variable contract components).
  • Support the Sales Managers with reallocations and scenario simulations.
  • Support the budget owners in budget reallocations and ensure overall budget adherence.
  • Provide training and serve as a reference for the tool for all BI users.

  • Minimum RequirementsGraduation in Business Administration, Economics, or Accounting; Experience in finance (Planning or Controlling); Knowledge of integrated systems (ERPs, Planning System, Business Intelligence); Excellent/Advanced skills in Office Package Excel (mandatory), Word, and PowerPoint; Fluent in English; Spanish (not mandatory but its a plus); Good understanding of financial impact; Highly analytical and skilled in profitability analysis; Ability to quickly identify and analyze risks & impacts and define alternatives; Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Capable of communicating precisely and effectively with internal stakeholders; A structured and well-organized individual; Must be self-motivated, self-directed, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced team environment.
