  • Interested? Join us to #IgniteYourCareer ! Your role at Clorox:This position has primary day to day responsibility for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financial-related activities of the company.
  • This will include direct responsibility for financial planning & analysis, forecasting, strategic planning, job costing, deal analysis and negotiations.
  • This position oversees the controlling, taxes and treasury functions for the cluster.
  • Has a leadership role in the control envirnoment of the clustre.
  • Position is the key finance business partner for the Andean leadership team.
  • In this role, you will:Local responsibility for Peru, Colombia and Ecuador Finance, Forecast, Cost accounting.
  • Oversight on Internal controls, financial reporting, tax and Credit & Collections.
  • Busines partnership with the Andean Cluster Leadership team representing finance in this cross functional team.
  • Responsible for supporting business to deliver financial targets and growth algorythims.
  • Provides appropriate career building and professional development activities to ensure a climate of growth for Finance Employees.
  • Develop finance and Accounting team goals that are fully aligned with the OGSM.
  • Responsible for financial management reporting.
  • Present monthly and year to date financials with accompanying analysis of results to Senior Leaders (Latam Leadership team).
  • Develop regular reporting and analysis, including key metrics reports, and conduct ad hoc financial analysis as required.
  • Ensure financial management reporting tolls and processes are in place to support the business.
  • Lead the financial analysis of key projects working (New product launches, PS initiatives) with PS, Sales and Marketing resources.
  • Coordinate and ensure compliance with internal control processes.
  • What we look for:( 15 years of experience (preferably with prior CFO experience for a country)Supervisory and people development/management experience requiredPrevious experience in managing multiple geographies preferredExperience in CPG industry and manufacturing environments.
  • Experience with multinationals require US GAAP/IFRS accountingExperience participating in senior management teamsBusiness sense in order to support decision-making by balancing technical advice along with overall financial and strategic implications.
  • Ability to get involved in the day to day management, which implies that if he/she were to come from larger companies, he/she must have ahands-on attitude to make things happen.
  • Leadership abilities.
  • He/she should gain respect from the finance team based both on his/her technical and leadership skills.
  • Should have a strong track record of leading a similar team and developing talent.
  • Team orientation in order to integrate effectively in the management team.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization and with staff at remote locations essential.
  • Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.
  • Ability to influence others.
  • High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Result oriented, team leadership, collaborations and influencing and strategic orientationStrong knowledge of financial statements, US GAAP, IFRS.
