  • The Field Service Technician for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible to be part of the Service Resident team to cover technical service inquiries and requests inside the IVD laboratory of a dedicated customer site with the liability to execute all service tickets dispatched related to all POV demands following the governance required to this role position with excellence.
  • This position is part of the Field Service Operations located in Sorocaba - SP and will be remote.

  • You will be a part of the Field Service Team and report to the Tech Service Leader responsible for offering frontline support by troubleshooting and resolving issues with technical expertise .

  • In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Under minimal direction, complete troubleshooting, installation, validation, preventive maintenance, modifications, and service repair needs on Beckman Coulter equipment providing excellent and efficient service to Beckman Coulters customers, along with technical training on products.
  • Maintain accurate customer service logs and internal service records, order repair parts, and adhere to cycle times.
  • Utilize business systems such as ServiceMax, SharePoint, KPI tools, Service Call Planning and advanced team goals.
  • Communicate with various levels of internal and external customers, recognizing and addressing their unique needs.
  • Foster collaboration by assisting with the training of newer Field Service Engineers.
  • The essential requirements of the job include: Associate degree (prefer technical, biomedical, instrumentation, electrical engineering or related).
  • 1-year experience diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electromechanical, robotics, electronic equipment, and/or instrumentation.
  • Strong ability to effectively communicate sophisticated information and generate reports.
  • It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: 3+ years experience of advanced troubleshooting.
  • Developing relationships with customers to foster positive partnership and enhance likelihood of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Advanced user level of English.
