O que você irá fazer

  • Key Responsibilities: Lead programmatic initiatives to enhance unmanaged seller performance in FBA and External Fulfillment.
  • Conduct in-depth analyses of key performance levers to identify strategic opportunities for improvement and growth.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to swiftly address emerging issues and develop streamlined processes for transitioning sellers to Service Providers Network (SPN) free assistance.
  • Drive improvements in key performance metrics for unmanaged sellers and contribute to the overall growth of the Amazon marketplace.
  • Participate in relevant business reviews, monitor and report on the effectiveness of implemented initiatives.

  • Minimum Requirements: 3+ years of driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership experience.
