O que você irá fazer

  • Responsibilities: Strategically focus on client satisfaction, maintaining client communication, and overall management of the client relationship.
  • Serve as the primary management contact and maintain contact with clients at a leadership level.
  • Lead teams in delivery and develop personnel to ensure efficient operation of the function.
  • Identify areas for continuous improvement, implement changes, and measure the level of improvement.
  • Exhibit a high degree of initiative and analytical skills to handle and solve complex problems with minimal impact to the enterprise and the client.
  • Be viewed as an expert resource and maintain a good working relationship with both internal and client management.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership qualities, decision-making abilities, and strong business judgment.
  • SKILLS More than 20 years of experience in managing delivery for large accounts in FAO domain.
  • Strong domain knowledge in P2P, R2R, O2C.
  • Hands-on experience in implementing transformation programs for clients including RPA and AI.
  • Possess a blend of both business and technical skills with the ability to translate business needs into deliverable solutions.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint, Word & Excel.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, innovative thinking, and capability to ideate solutions and frameworks.
  • Candidates who have supported Presales/Solution teams in the past will have an added advantage.
