O que você irá fazer

  • If you thrive in building connections, love the beauty industry, and have a talent for hosting events and engaging online communities, this role is for you!Salary: R$ 2,500 basic salary per month + KPI bonus of R$ 3,000 (after a probation period of 2-3 months)Your Responsibilities:Host virtual events on beauty business automation, engaging and educating our audience (primarily via Instagram Live Streams).
  • Enhance user engagement through educational videos, social media content, and community interactions.
  • Source new customer research (CustDev) respondents to refine our understanding of customer needs.
  • We value flexibility, so we appreciate candidates who are open to jumping into other customer-facing tasks as needed, even if theyre not listed here.
  • What Were Looking For:Exceptional communication & negotiation skills you know how to create win-win conversations.
  • Event hosting experience outside of a corporate setting.
  • Strong public speaking & presentation abilities confidence in front of a camera is key.
  • A polished, professional appearance our audience consists of beauty industry professionals, and first impressions matter.
  • Language skills: Native Portuguese, fluent English (Spanish is a plus).
