  • Job PurposeJob DescriptionDevelop and support complex import, export, and national transportation operations to be executed by Analysts, as well as improve existing activities.
  • Review Logistics & Transportation processes in the pursuit of waste elimination, cost reduction, and continuous improvement of import, export, and national logistics processes.
  • Support the commercial team with the necessary logistics costs for the preparation of proposals and responses to BIDs.
  • Act as an internal consultant on national logistics, import, and export issues.
  • Seek and evaluate the best logistics provider and logistics processes to be adopted by the company's operations.
  • Act with public authorities, when necessary, to clarify doubts about TechnipFMC's import, export, and national transportation processes.
  • Conduct root cause studies to evaluate processes with unsatisfactory results, using the quality system tools adopted by TechnipFMC.
  • Demonstrate good analytical skills, interpersonal relationships, negotiation skills.
  • Solid knowledge of Incoterms.
  • Flow of customs clearance in import and export, as well as notions about Brazilian customs regulations.
  • Experience with import and export in maritime and air modes, including knowledge of the necessary documents.
  • In the case of maritime mode, knowledge of container import is mandatory, while knowledge of break bulk will be a differential.
  • Experience with national road and maritime transportation, including knowledge of the necessary documents.
  • In the case of maritime (cabotage), knowing the routine of barge transportation will be a differential.
  • Knowledge of Lean tools.
  • You are meant for this job if:Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering, Administration, Logistics, Foreign Trade, International Relations Advanced English SkillsSAP IM/WM Power BI MS Office (Word, Excel, SharePoint) - SSE Eng.
