  • As part of this team, you will be in contact with clients to understand their needs and help create solutions to improve their maintenance processes.
  • What you'll do As an Enterprise Customer Success Engineer, you will be a strategic partner for large industrial clients, leveraging TRACTIANs solutions to optimize their operations, reduce downtime, and achieve long-term success.
  • Responsibilities Partner with enterprise clients to develop and execute strategic maintenance plans.
  • Conduct in-depth training for operational teams and executives, ensuring seamless adoption of TRACTIAN solutions.
  • Collaborate with client teams on the factory floor to resolve complex maintenance challenges.
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to demonstrate value, share insights, and uncover growth opportunities.
  • Serve as a liaison between client teams and internal engineering to address advanced technical issues.
  • Requirements Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Production) or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in industrial environments, with roles as a production or maintenance supervisor preferred.
  • Extensive knowledge of predictive maintenance and factory floor operations.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with experience working with C-level executives and factory teams.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills and technical expertise.
