  • As an Enterprise Account Manager, youll play a critical role in helping clients stay ahead of those changes by expanding their use of Sovos'' industry-leading tax compliance software.
  • Youll manage existing relationships, identify growth opportunities through contract reviews and business use case discussions, and guide clients toward smarter, more efficient compliance practices.
  • This role is all about selling essential, cloud-based tax technology that businesses rely on to stay compliant.
  • Youll consult with clients to understand their challenges, offer tailored solutions, and serve as a trusted partner in their long-term compliance journey.
  • Through a mix of strategic account planning, customer-centric sales execution, and collaborative cross-functional teamwork, youll drive value for both your clients and Sovos.
  • - More specifically, you will:_- Evaluate and position Sovos'' SaaS solutions to drive adoption within existing accounts- Build and manage a balanced, growth-focused pipeline across your assigned territory- Meet or exceed revenue targets and expansion goals through thoughtful account planning- Navigate complex sales cycles involving legal, procurement, and contract negotiation- Maintain high standards of ethics, professionalism, and customer satisfaction- Drive long-term success for Sovos clients by aligning solutions to evolving tax compliance needs- Act as a knowledge resource and mentor for peers, sharing best practices and insights- Represent Sovos at client events, industry conferences, and internal initiatives**What We Need From You**- Be located in Rio de Janeiro- 2+ years of account management and quota-carrying sales experience- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding annual sales goals- Experience working in SaaS or B2B environments preferred- Strong communication and relationship-building skills- Proven ability to manage complex contract negotiations and cross-functional stakeholders- Comfort with forecasting and CRM tools (Salesforce experience a plus)- Consultative sales approach with a focus on long-term client value- Self-starter mindset with drive to exceed targets and foster team success- High level of professionalism and personal integrity**What Does Sovos Offer You?**The tools to enhance your life - because we want you to enjoy your life outside of work and inside!- Uncapped Commission Plans- Comprehensive Health, Dental and Vision benefits- Bi-Weekly Meeting Free Days- Mentoring Programs- Globally recognized Training and Development programs- Sovos is an equal opportunity employer committed to providing an environment that celebrates diversity and where equal employment opportunities are available to all applicants and employees.
