What You''ll Do:Implement and optimize Kanban methodologies to streamline workflows and enhance project delivery efficiency;Lead and manage a diverse squad of over 15 professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture;Conduct regular one-on-one feedback sessions with team members to provide guidance and support their professional growth;Define and track KPIs to measure the squad''s performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives;Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical efforts with the company''s strategic objectives;Work closely with architects and engineers to develop scalable and robust software solutions;Maintain a balance between technical innovation and business needs;Provide effective leadership, mentorship, and support to the squad, inspiring them to achieve their full potential;Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills in English to collaborate with international teams.
What You''ll Need:Bachelor''s or Master''s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field;Proven experience as an Engineering Manager or in a similar leadership role in an agile software development environment;Strong understanding and experience with Kanban methodologies and Agile practices;Ability to effectively manage and lead a diverse squad of over 15 professionals;Experience in providing regular 1:1 feedback and supporting the professional growth of team members;Track record of developing and tracking KPIs to drive team performance and deliver successful software projects;Proficiency in solution architecture and guiding technical decision-making processes;Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders;Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions;Advanced proficiency in English;Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and delivering results.
