  • Engenheiro de Suporte, Produto e Sistema This position is on-site at our São Bernardo do Campo unit.
  • Sumário The Product and System Support Engineer provides technical knowledge and support for the products and systems they are responsible for.
  • They participate in managing the quality, reliability, and maturity levels of the products throughout the production cycle, ensuring delivered products conform to defined specifications.
  • They propose and implement improvement actions to meet objectives related to industrial performance (quality, recurring costs, deadlines).
  • They ensure customer protection and handle all or part of the technical resolution process for production and customer issues.
  • Their autonomy depends on their technical and product experience.
  • Principais Responsabilidades Process customer or internal events or technical facts (analyses, reports, action plans) aiming to make systems/subsystems reliable and ensure processing speed aligns with commitments.
  • Assess the complexity of development requests and assign them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Coordinate technically among various stakeholders for investigations related to spare parts/obsolescence management (project office, subcontractors, development engineering, software, technologists, etc.
  • ) and implement product improvement plans throughout the production cycle to enhance recurring costs.
  • Define immediate actions to protect the customer.
  • Participate in technical missions at customer facilities (on-site, DGA, inspections, etc.
  • ).
  • Participate in technical meetings with the customer.
  • Capture knowledge using Thales tools and procedures, especially in the pre-series phase, in collaboration with the industrialization batch manager.
  • Ensure implementation of configuration changes applicable to and applied on products/systems.
  • Qualificações Knowledge of hardware architectures of systems.
  • Knowledge of operation of some THALES products/systems/subsystems.
  • Project management skills.
  • Customer/service orientation.
  • Fluency in two languages, including English.
  • Professional experience in technical areas.
