O que você irá fazer

  • We are seeking a future-oriented Electrical Site Supervisor to join Wärtsilä Brazil, working on a commissioning project led by Wärtsilä SAM Electronics GmbH, a leading electrical system integrator in shipbuilding in Germany.
  • This position is based in Itajaí/SC, Brazil and reports to the Manager of Construction Sites.
  • Travel may be required.
  • Main Activities Supervise electrical installation services during the installation phase of cable plant and major equipment, including setting to work.
  • Provide technical supervision and monitor the progress of installation and setting to work activities.
  • Assist with project processes, specifications, and quality assurance measures.
  • Support the handover of electrical installation areas or systems to class and customer.
  • Clarify open issues with W-SAM engineering and sub-suppliers.
  • Support engineering questions related to installation.
  • Ensure reporting to the sub-supplier team, Site Supervision Manager, and project manager.
  • Identify and mitigate risks in the installation area or system (HSE, technical, and commercial).
  • Assist sub-suppliers in recognizing, reporting, and tracking additional costs.
  • Coordinate subcontractors' electrical tasks, resources, and deadlines.
  • Support sub-suppliers in work preparation for installation tasks.
  • Requirements Technical course in Electrical Engineering.
  • CFT register.
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering is a plus.
  • Experience as a field electrical professional.
  • Ability to read and follow technical standards and documents.
  • Experience in commissioning is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Wärtsilä's business and operations.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
