  • Your Responsibilities Include: Facilitate client and stakeholder meetings to ensure alignment and clarity on project goals.
  • Oversee and coordinate all vendors involved in package delivery, ensuring timely and accurate performance.
  • Review and sign off on vendors' engineering deliverables to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Manage quality control and compliance documentation, ensuring vendors meet principal contractor standards.
  • Conduct thorough inspections upon material receipt to verify all specifications and standards are met.
  • Manage preservation, storage, and preventative maintenance procedures to ensure compliance with vendor requirements.
  • About You: A bachelors degree in electrical engineering with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Expertise in preservation and storage techniques for large-scale equipment such as motors, HV & LV switchgear, and pumps.
  • Strong organizational skills with a passion for maintaining schedules, tracking systems, and spreadsheets.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent communication skills and flexibility to travel for project assignments.
  • Proven experience in managing complex vendor packages, ensuring both quality and timely delivery.
