O que você irá fazer

  • In this role, you''ll develop and execute strategic initiatives to enhance seller performance, drive adoption of new features, and scale our coaching program while leading a team of specialists.

  • Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Strategy - Lead a team of Seller Coaching specialists, driving performance excellence and career development - Partner with Program teams to define and execute coaching strategies that enhance seller success - Design and implement scalable coaching methodologies and quality standards Program Management & Analytics - Drive continuous process improvements through data analysis and performance metrics - Identify opportunities and implement solutions to optimize seller operations - Develop and standardize coaching frameworks for consistent program delivery Stakeholder & Seller Success - Manage relationships with cross-functional teams to drive program improvements - Lead resolution of complex seller escalations while supporting team development - Guide sellers through operational processes and new feature adoption while ensuring compliance- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
