  • Do what you love, care for the world, dare to challenge the status quo! #BELIMITLESSJob DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled and dedicated Duty Engineer to join our team in Lapu-Lapu City, Philippines.
  • As a Duty Engineer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficient operation of our facility''s engineering systems and equipment.
  • Your key responsibilities will include:Coordinate daily engineering operations, including staff briefings and work assignments.
  • Manage planned and unplanned maintenance programs for various systems, including air-conditioning, electrical, refrigeration, and fire & life safety equipment.
  • Supervise team members, ensuring safe work practices and efficient operations.
  • Monitor and manage contractor work, ensuring compliance with health and safety policies.
  • Prepare consumption reports on power, water, steam, and gas.
  • Develop and maintain staff training programs, including induction for new employees.
  • Create weekly staff schedules and conduct performance reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel fire & life safety and emergency procedures.
  • Maintain high standards of personal appearance and adhere to hotel policies.
  • QualificationsBachelor''s degree in Mechanical Engineering with relevant license.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Engineering Repair and Maintenance, preferably in a hospitality setting.
  • Strong technical knowledge of building systems, equipment, and energy conservation practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Proven leadership experience with outstanding communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and engineering-related software.
  • Understanding of health and safety regulations in facility management.
  • Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple projects, and adapt to changing priorities.
