  • Your challenge will be developing the expansion of our business by building strong inside and outside networking to enhance growth and our firm's reputation in the D&O Insurance Market.
  • You show leadership through your proactiveness.

  • About the Role: You will work very closely with senior leadership and other stakeholders.
  • This includes joining forces with business partners and other departments like sales, distribution, IT, finance, and service providers.
  • Risk analysis and underwriting, including assessing clients background information and rating score.
  • Data collection and streamlining.
  • Support senior members and stakeholders with slides, data gathering, writing reports, and maintaining databases and data pipelines.
  • Follow applicable insurance laws and regulations.
  • Provide training to the sales team across the country.

  • About You: Youre an ambitious and energetic team player driven by new solutions and ways of working.
  • Analytics and critical thinking are strengths that are amplified by your great face-to-face and written communication skills.
  • Decisions dont scare you.
  • Adaptability is second nature to you.
  • Minimum three years of experience within the insurance industry.
  • Nice to Haves: Master's in Business, Economics, or Corporate Law.
  • Extended background in E&O Insurance.
  • Agile knowledge and certification.
  • Ambitious and energetic, seeking out new solutions and ways of working.
