O que você irá fazer

  • Responsibilities/Description:- Analyze demand during lead time (daily), identify abnormal demand patterns and verify causes with our sales/marketing team and demand.
  • - Determine the SKU inventory levels, locations, and safety stocks by customer/warehouse to support the desired level of customer service while maintaining cost effective levels of inventory- Pull FINI material requirements into the region of sales based on local/regional demand plans and sales history.
  • - Be accountable for master data set-up for material management in the assigned warehouses; - Execute standard availability to promise date for customer delivery (imported products only) based on lead times and communicates changes to Customer Service.
  • - Manage Inventory levels and Health - be accountable for Non-Productive Inventory, and proactive shelf-life monitoring- Manage supply issues during times of short supply- Analyze customer SKU order demand patterns, collaborate with the marketing/product manager, sales reps and Demand planner to validate the forecast of demand by customer/warehouse for each SKU.
  • - Monitor the appropriate metrics, and conduct root cause analysis and take appropriate corrective actions to address interregional supply issues.
