  • What you'll do:As the Disaster Recovery and Incident Analyst you will gather and document business requirements and/or design basic information systems that are appropriate for users needs and consistent with the overall design of the organization's information systems architecture.
  • Also, you will build knowledge of the organization, processes and customers.
  • Solving a range of straightforward problems and analyzing possible solutions using standard procedures.
  • Develop, maintain, and implement disaster recovery plans and procedures to ensure business continuity.
  • Coordinate with various teams to conduct regular disaster recovery tests and drills.
  • Analyze and manage major incidents to minimize the impact on business operations.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure systems and data are backed up and can be recovered promptly.
  • Help coordinate with various stakeholders to document all incidents, including root cause analysis and preventative measures.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on disaster recovery procedures and incident management.
  • Monitor compliance with disaster recovery plans and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Prepare reports on incident trends and disaster recovery readiness.
  • As part of the culture of continuous improvement, you will be involved in Lean Thinking projects and activities (EMS/C2W).
  • Who you are:University Degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Engineering or Computer Sciences Preferred bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Proven experience in disaster recovery planning and incident management.
  • Familiar with ServiceNow modules including incident, problem, change management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure, data centers, and cloud technologies.
  • Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance procedures.
  • Certifications in Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity, or Incident Management are a plus.
  • Fluent English.
  • Where you'll be:You will be based at the Curitiba administrative office.
  • Located in Prado Velho, it is a new Electrolux location designed from the start to allow for more efficient, connected and flexible collaboration between Electroluxs support teams.
