O que você irá fazer

  • This role is critical in ensuring that Brazil & South Zone meet its sustainability goals and adhere to environmental regulations.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sustainability, environmental science, or a related field, along with proven experience in project management and sustainability reporting skills.
  • What Youll Do for UsEnsure compliance with the Sustainability Strategy (Water, Packaging, Emissions) at the South Region level, in line with LAOU Sustainability guidelines; allocated from TCCC in all countries.
  • Monitor and report on sustainability performance metrics and progress towards goals.
  • Collaborate with finance, technical, and strategic planning areas to comply with global and regional reporting requests.
  • Identify and reapply synergies and best practices within the South Region; monitor external trendsin sustainability and the sustainability agenda at the regional level.
  • Act as the focal point for interface with the LAOU Sustainability team, responsible for connecting and sharing information, trends, and risks.
  • Partner with Technical, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure sustainability principles are embraced across the South Region.
  • Integrate the Sustainability Agenda into business planning processes, leadership, growth behaviors, company values, and business strategies, promoting sustainable growth.
  • Engage with key stakeholders within the sustainability ecosystem across the South Region.
  • Collaborate with Government Relations teams to provide evidence to protect the business from restrictive regulations.
  • Work with External Communications teams to promote positive content and enhance corporate reputation.
  • Ensure institutional leadership with bottlers.
  • Focus approximately 70% of efforts on short to mid-term strategies and 30% on long-term planning.
  • Work FocusStakeholder engagement: build long-term partnerships with NGOs, civil society, and other industries.
  • Strategic and pragmatic vision: translate complex challenges into actionable strategies.
  • Leadership presence: lead multi-functional teams and influence across the organization and Coca-Cola System.
  • Networked mindset: build partnerships with government, associations, opinion leaders, NGOs, etc.
  • People development: foster an environment that develops potential and high performance.
  • Company spokesperson: represent the company externally at forums, workshops, and events related to sustainability, following communication guidelines.
  • Communication FocusThis role involves representing the company externally and engaging internally to ensure strategic sustainability priorities and KPI progress.
  • The ability to foster collaboration and find convergence amidst divergent opinions is essential.
