O que você irá fazer

  • This role ensures Brazil & South Zone meet sustainability goals and comply with environmental regulations.
  • The ideal candidate has a strong background in sustainability, environmental science, or related fields, with proven project management and reporting skills.
  • What Youll Do for UsEnsure compliance with Sustainability Strategy (Water, Packaging, Emissions) at South Region level, aligned with LAOU Sustainability guidelines; responsibilities extend across all countries.
  • Monitor and report on sustainability performance metrics and progress towards goals.
  • Collaborate with finance, technical, and strategic planning teams to meet global and regional reporting requirements.
  • Identify and reapply synergies and best practices within the South Region; monitor external trends in sustainability.
  • Act as the focal point for interface with LAOU Sustainability team, sharing information, trends, and risks.
  • Partner with Technical, Marketing, and Operations teams to embed sustainability principles across the South Region.
  • Integrate Sustainability Agenda into business planning, leadership, growth behaviors, company values, and strategic plans.
  • Engage with key local stakeholders within the sustainability ecosystem across South Region.
  • Work with Government Relations to provide proof points against restrictive regulations.
  • Coordinate with External Communications to promote positive content and enhance corporate reputation.
  • Ensure institutional leadership with bottlers.
  • Work focuses approximately 70% on short to mid-term strategies and 30% on long-term planning.
  • Work FocusStakeholder engagement: build long-term partnerships with NGOs, civil society, and other industries.
  • Strategic and pragmatic vision: translate complex challenges into actionable strategies.
  • Leadership presence: lead multi-functional teams and influence across the company and Coca-Cola System.
  • Networked mindset: build partnerships with government, associations, opinion leaders, NGOs, etc.
  • People development: foster an environment for potential growth and high performance.
  • Company Spokesperson: represent the company externally at forums, workshops, and events related to sustainability, adhering to communication principles.
  • Communication FocusThis role involves external communication with stakeholders and internal influence to ensure progress on sustainability KPIs and strategic priorities.
  • Ability to foster collaboration and manage divergent opinions is essential.
