O que você irá fazer

  • Market Insight and Strategic Recommendations: Research overseas national policies and industry trends, and collect policy information related to the company''s business.
  • Take into account the business environment, regulations, culture, and competitors in overseas local markets, and provide strategic suggestions for the company''s overseas market development.
  • Assist in adjusting the company''s overseas business strategies to ensure its competitiveness in overseas markets.
  • Business Expansion and Operation & Maintenance: Explore overseas market business, with a focus on expanding and maintaining local operator customers.
  • Complete the negotiation, promotion, and implementation of communication infrastructure construction business to ensure the smooth progress of the business.
  • Asset Expansion: Negotiate with local tower companies and expand the company''s overseas business assets through mergers and acquisitions and other means to increase the company''s market share and asset scale.
  • Relationship Building and Maintenance: Establish contacts with various overseas stakeholders, such as regulatory authorities, industry associations, Chinese embassies abroad / the Ministry of Commerce, etc.
  • Crisis Public Relations and Emergency Response: Handle overseas government regulatory crisis public relations and emergency affairs.
  • Deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner, propose emergency plans and be responsible for their implementation to reduce the negative impact on the company''s image and business.
  • Qualifications: Bachelor degree or above, with overseas market expansion experience.
  • Proficient in spoken English, which can be used as a daily communication and working language.
  • Possess commercial thinking and systematic thinking, be able to effectively predict risks, and integrate resources to help the group''s business expand overseas.
  • Have strong research and analysis abilities, be politically sensitive, and have a understanding of government structures, national policies, and international situations.
  • Have work experience in the communication industry, operator resources and docking experience, and those with experience in communication tower construction and mergers and acquisitions business will be preferred.
  • Have the ability to solve problems independently, strong adaptability, communication skills, and stress resistance.
  • Have high self-motivation and work enthusiasm, and actively complete various work goals.
  • Have experience of working overseas and understand local cultures.
