O que você irá fazer

  • Reporting directly to the Global Head of Delivery, you will oversee the Implementation and departments, driving strategic initiatives and ensuring the highest quality of service delivery.
  • You will be responsible for providing day-to-day support for your direct and indirect reports, managing a diverse client portfolio and Managed Services contracts.
  • Your role will involve implementing and adapting processes to optimize team performance, managing resource utilization, prioritizing schedules to address escalations, and building and nurturing customer relationships to ensure priorities are effectively managed.
  • Partnership across departments including sales, talent acquisition, talent development, and finance.
  • Success in this position requires extensive Professional Services within the ERP space.
  • This role will lead two departments, net new clients, and our client baseand ensure that methodologies in each department are effectively utilized.
  • You will guide both teams to deliver high-quality work, ensuring that our new and current customers receive the best service.
  • You will also be responsible for managing the gross margin of your departments, ensuring financial targets are met.
  • **Main Responsibilities / Functions**As the Director of Delivery, you will perform the following activities and responsibilities:- Ensure compliance with all relevant standards, policies, and regulations.
  • - Ensure compliance with global company standards.
  • - Establish and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the second point of escalation in this organization.
  • - Manage and mentor a team of Managers and Senior Managers, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
  • - Responsible for overseeing the selection process for new service offerings and partnerships.
  • - Create and execute talent development and talent retention strategies- Control the budget for talent acquisition and talent development regarding Implementation and Managed Services departments.
  • - Own results related to the realization for your department- Drive your team to delivery milestone completion ensuring financial targets are met.
  • - Drive continuous improvement initiatives and continuous collaboration with PMO and PSO areas to enhance delivery processes, tools, and methodologies.
  • - Ensure execution of the resource-to-project allocation process and ensure your team provides visibility to the Sales Team about capacity.
  • - Maintain strong partnerships and communication with support towers (PMO, Software Factory.
  • ) and back-office teams (HR, Finance).
  • - Maintain strong partnerships and communication with external partners.
  • - Provide performance reviews and training guide.
  • - Guide your team to successfully support the invoice forecast (Milestone, Monthly, and Time and Materials).
  • - Drive your teams to deliver projects using the appropriate Bring IT project management methodology.
  • - Be accountable for project execution and results, including but not limited to planned hours vs.
  • actuals, on-time delivery, and quality.
  • **Technical Requirements & Experience**- Experience managing gross margin, P&L, and financial controls.
  • - Experience and knowledge of the best practices surrounding ERP.
  • - Professional services Senior Manager or Director roles related to ERP implementation, Sustain or Managed Services practices.
  • - Prior experience managing one or more departments with direct and indirect reports, providing 1:1s, performance reviews, and other people management activities.
  • - Experience managing a team of consultants and PMs related to any ERP practice.
  • - English proficiency.
  • **Desired Skills & Qualifications**- Undergraduate degree in a relevant field or MBA, or equivalent work experience.
  • - Full ERP Certification in NetSuite is ideal or working toward the ERP certification.
  • - Experience with SuiteSuccess Methodology.
  • - Experience leading 5+ end-to-end NetSuite implementations.
  • - Ability to prioritize and use business etiquette to ensure communication and support are set up for internal teams and clients.
  • - Comprehensive understanding of web technologies landscape and industry standards.
  • - Understanding of SDLC and project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).
  • - Spanish proficiency.
