  • Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Strategy & Commercial GrowthDefine and execute the expansion and growth strategy in Brazil.
  • Identify new business opportunities and product development strategies.
  • Oversee and optimize the country''s financial performance.
  • Implement client acquisition and retention strategies in collaboration with global teams.
  • Marketing & Brand GrowthDesign and execute digital marketing, advertising, and content strategies across multiple platforms.
  • Develop initiatives with influencers, affiliates, and online platforms to increase brand awareness.
  • Analyze marketing metrics to optimize campaigns and ROI.
  • Partnerships & AlliancesEstablish and strengthen relationships with investment brokers, banks, fintechs, and financial institutions.
  • Manage affiliate programs and strategic partner marketing.
  • Represent the company in financial sector events and conferences.
  • Financial & Operational ManagementMonitor profitability and operational efficiency of the Brazilian business.
  • Ensure compliance with local financial regulations.
  • Work with internal teams to optimize processes and costs.
  • Leadership & Team ManagementBuild and lead a high-performance team across multiple functions.
  • Establish a goal-oriented, innovative, and collaborative work culture.
  • Encourage professional growth and ensure a dynamic and productive work environment.
  • RequirementsExperienceMinimum 8 years of experience in financial services, investments, or fintech.
  • Proven track record in team leadership and business strategy.
  • Skills & KnowledgeDeep knowledge of the Brazilian financial market and investment landscape.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and customer acquisition.
  • Experience in managing influencers, affiliates, and strategic partnerships.
  • Strong data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
  • High autonomy and results-oriented mindset.
  • LanguagesNative Portuguese.
  • Advanced English (mandatory).
  • Spanish is a plus.
  • EducationBachelor''s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or Marketing.
  • MBA or specialization in Finance or Business (preferred).
