  • ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a passionate individual who is inquisitive and technically minded with keen business instinct and exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • A successful candidate will have a strong B2C web and digital analytics background, is an articulate individual with good business acumen, and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • You should have strong hands-on technical skills, preferably working within Adobe Experience Cloud.
  • This individual should have experience developing measurement and data driven strategies across all aspects of a direct-to-consumer e-commerce environment.
  • WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR? Maintain website optimization and testing schedule.
  • Coordinate with design, IT, marketing and merchandising on various quantitative A/B and multivariate tests across seven web properties and multiple devices.
  • Develop test hypotheses along with metrics to be evaluated.
  • Setup tests in Adobe Target and monitor statistical significance levels throughout test period.
  • Analyze test results and provide recommendations to business users.
  • Following results evaluation, work with technical teams to implement long-term solutions (as needed).
  • Deliver clear and concise set of technical requirements to developers.
  • Perform qualitative usability testing on new onsite features and functionality including the user acceptance testing of all tags.
  • Management and maintenance of existing tags, ensuring traffic is captured correctly and completely in Adobe.
  • Own/manage website KPIs ensuring significant shifts in trends are analyzed and reported to broader audience.
  • Promote offsite and onsite activities as well as interactions that build search ranking and quality traffic including search engine optimization, content optimization, personalization, and conversion rate optimization techniques and tactics.
  • Consult with business teams and provide actionable insights and recommendations to continually improve website performance by analyzing client browse and purchase behavior, competitive data, and industry trends.
  • Perform deep dive analysis into consumer behavior on the site, ranging from pathing, funnel analysis to product interaction, to identify pain points within the online experience and then share results.
  • Collaborate with online and offline channel marketing members to present a consistent and clear view of the customer, enabling business leaders to make appropriate strategic decisions both within and beyond the web.

  • Measure and evaluate all major online initiatives including natural search, social media, and traditional media.
  • Drive content strategy, user engagement measurement, and A/B testing in support of web redesigns.

  • Experience with customer session recording tools such as Glassbox or related tools (Qualtrics, HotJar, etc.

  • Experience with writing basic SQL queries or leveraging data marts or tools such as Power Query.
  • Strong data intuition and attention to detail.
  • A logical, curious, and analytical mindset with a desire to interrogate data.
  • Capable of operating independently and with little direction, yet has the awareness to identify situations where additional guidance or support is needed.
  • Comfortable collaborating with diverse teams.
  • Ability to creatively solve problems and deal with ambiguity.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proactive effort and desire to continually learn and grow.
  • Experience in tag implementation with tools such as Dynamic Tag Manager, Adobe Launch, Google Tag Manager or related products.
  • Experience with Apollo (Digital Analytics Management System).
  • Experience with CRM software a plus.
  • Experience with both Adobe and Google Analytics.
