In this role, you will:Lead the design, development, implementation, and monitoring of our AdTech Operations.
Implement effective campaigns that optimize for performance and comply with industry standards.
Implement tags, establish MMP integrations, and resolve any technical difficulties related to ad delivery and campaign performance measurement.
Oversee the implementation of any new platforms utilized for tracking performance.
Strategic thinking to identify and troubleshoot issues and implementation skills to fulfill the tagging requirements of the product teams.
Architect and implement a comprehensive solution that enables the ability to organize and monitor how each platform integrates with others is also critical.
Collaborate with product teams to define and understand KPIs and translate desired KPIs to identify which pages need to be pixeled and what data is needed to deliver desired measurement.
Troubleshoot errors by reviewing code implementation and providing specific instructions to product teams to resolve the errors.
Customize pixel codes as required for collecting unique data.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, DTS, Legal and Compliance, and data analytics to drive alignment and achieve business objectives.
Provide clear implementation instructions for various environments including direct implementation on web pages and through tag management systems such as GTM and Tealium.
Provide instructions for setting up post backs in Mobile Measurement Platforms (MMPs) and utilizing pixels to collect event specific data.
Collaborate with engineers to develop new pixel and tag products and enhance their functionality.
Ensure that all tags are firing correctly across all platforms to guarantee precise reporting and performance measurement.
Create and maintain ad tags, guaranteeing that they are accurate, current, and meet industry standards.
Configure integrations with new MMPs as necessary and manage the relationship to stay informed about new features and opportunities.
Stay abreast of industry trends, and advertising technology and offer advice on how to incorporate new ad formats and features into campaigns.
Collaborate with third-party partners and marketing agencies to manage data ingestion and hashing data to work within clean rooms.
Perform thorough quality assurance by utilizing debugging and analytical tools to guarantee the accuracy and cleanliness of data.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:Bachelor''s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
3-5+ years of experience inad operations.
3-5+ years hands-on experience implementing and troubleshooting pixel implementation across various site environments and tag management platforms such as GTM and Tealium and within MMPs such as AppsFlyer and Branch.
Strong understanding of digital ad trafficking processes, ad serving technologies, and industry standards.
Expert in Google Analytics.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a drive to see projects through to completion.
Experience with ad servers such as DoubleClick, or Innovid.
Knowledge of programmatic advertising platforms, including DSPs and SSPs.
Experience with HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to optimize campaign performance.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
